Processing happens on this device for this tool. We do not upload your input, put it in share links or save it to your favourites. Closing this tab discards the working input; downloaded results remain wherever you save them.

When this tool is useful

Use the organizer when a PDF has the right pages but the wrong sequence, or when pages from another local PDF need to be inserted.

How to use it

Add one or more local PDFs and use the thumbnails to identify the pages.
Move, rotate, duplicate, remove or insert pages at the position shown in the organizer.
Export once the visible sequence is correct, then reopen the new copy to verify the order.

Checks before you rely on the result

The organizer works on a bounded page set to keep a phone or laptop responsive.
Copying pages can omit form fields, attachments, outlines and signatures.
Undo and redo affect the current in-tab arrangement; they do not overwrite any source file.

This page is maintained with the tool implementation and its deterministic tests. If the result looks wrong, report the issue with a non-sensitive example.
