What it does
Renders each PDF page to a downloadable JPG or PNG image in the browser.
Worked example
Convert a three-page PDF into three separate page images.
The example demonstrates the operation. For file-based tools, results depend on the selected file and options. How the result is produced
Renders each PDF page to a downloadable JPG or PNG image in the browser.
Important limits
Local processing. Maximum 50 MB per input, 100 MB total, 20 files and 2,000 total pages. Encrypted or malformed PDFs are rejected. Rendered images do not preserve selectable text, links, forms, annotations or document metadata. Up to 100 pages; unusually large pages are rejected to protect browser memory.
Choosing the next step
Start with the least destructive operation that solves the job. Page organization preserves more of the source than raster compression; compression is useful for scans but can remove selectable text; flattened redaction removes the original object layer but requires you to mark every sensitive area yourself.
