This tool is registered for local processing. Its tool input is handled in the current page; LittleKit’s product analytics do not include the input value.

What it does

Copies selected page numbers or ranges into a new PDF in the specified order.

Worked example

1,3-5 extracts pages 1, 3, 4 and 5.

The example demonstrates the operation. For file-based tools, results depend on the selected file and options.

How the result is produced

Copies selected page numbers or ranges into a new PDF in the specified order.

Important limits

Local processing. Maximum 50 MB per input, 100 MB total, 20 files and 2,000 total pages. Encrypted or malformed PDFs are rejected. Page-copying may omit form fields, outlines and other document-level features, and may invalidate digital signatures.

Choosing the next step

Start with the least destructive operation that solves the job. Page organization preserves more of the source than raster compression; compression is useful for scans but can remove selectable text; flattened redaction removes the original object layer but requires you to mark every sensitive area yourself.
