How PDF Form Filler works

Detects named AcroForm text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns, radio groups and option lists, then fills them in a new PDF copy.

Try an example

Open a government or business form and fill fields by their embedded labels instead of guessing page coordinates.

Good to know

Local processing. Maximum 50 MB per input, 100 MB total, 20 files and 2,000 total pages. Encrypted or malformed PDFs are rejected. Works with named AcroForm fields. Flat and scanned forms have no discoverable fields and should use the visual editor. XFA, signatures and push buttons are not filled.

Your privacy

Processing happens on this device for this tool. We do not upload your input, put it in share links or save it to your favourites. Closing this tab discards the working input; downloaded results remain wherever you save them.

When this tool is useful

Use the form filler for PDFs that contain named AcroForm fields, such as many administrative or business templates.

How to use it

  1. Load the form and let LittleKit inspect its embedded field definitions.
  2. Fill text, checkbox, radio and supported select controls using their visible labels.
  3. Export a new copy, reopen it and verify each field in the viewer that will receive it.

Checks before you rely on the result

  • Flat forms and scanned forms do not contain fields for this tool to discover; use the visual editor for a manual overlay instead.
  • XFA forms, signatures and push buttons are outside this tool’s supported scope.
  • Exporting a copy can affect signatures and document-level features.

This page is maintained with the tool implementation and its deterministic tests. If the result looks wrong, report the issue with a non-sensitive example.
