What it does
Combines selected PDFs, optionally rearranges or duplicates pages, then adds document title, author, a text watermark and page-number footer in one local workflow.
Worked example
From two files, enter 2.1,1.1,1.3 to assemble page 1 of file 2 followed by pages 1 and 3 of file 1.
The example demonstrates the operation. For file-based tools, results depend on the selected file and options. How the result is produced
Combines selected PDFs, optionally rearranges or duplicates pages, then adds document title, author, a text watermark and page-number footer in one local workflow.
Important limits
Local processing. Maximum 50 MB per input, 100 MB total, 20 files and 2,000 total pages. Encrypted or malformed PDFs are rejected. Copying pages may omit form fields, outlines and document-level features, and may invalidate digital signatures. A text watermark is not redaction or a signature. This tool does not compress the source. Watermark and footer use a built-in font with basic Latin and Western European character support.
Choosing the next step
Start with the least destructive operation that solves the job. Page organization preserves more of the source than raster compression; compression is useful for scans but can remove selectable text; flattened redaction removes the original object layer but requires you to mark every sensitive area yourself.
