Good to know

Local processing. Maximum 50 MB per input, 100 MB total, 20 files and 2,000 total pages. Encrypted or malformed PDFs are rejected. Select at least two files. Copying pages may omit form fields, outlines and other document-level features; merged output may invalidate digital signatures.

Processing happens on this device for this tool. We do not upload your input, put it in share links or save it to your favourites. Closing this tab discards the working input; downloaded results remain wherever you save them.

When this tool is useful

Merge is useful when a submission, handout or archive needs several existing PDFs in one deliberate file order.

How to use it

  1. Select the PDFs in the order you want them to appear.
  2. Review the file list and page counts before starting the local copy operation.
  3. Download the merged file, reopen it and check the first and last pages before sending it onward.

Checks before you rely on the result

  • Page content is copied locally, but form fields, outlines, attachments and other document-level features may not survive.
  • Digital signatures can be invalidated by any merge operation.
  • The original files are not changed and remain the source of truth.
