What it does
Creates one separate downloadable PDF for every page of the source.
Worked example
A three-page PDF produces page-1.pdf, page-2.pdf and page-3.pdf.
The example demonstrates the operation. For file-based tools, results depend on the selected file and options. How the result is produced
Creates one separate downloadable PDF for every page of the source.
Important limits
Local processing. Maximum 50 MB per input, 100 MB total, 20 files and 2,000 total pages. Encrypted or malformed PDFs are rejected. Split is limited to 100 pages per job; each output is a separate download.
Choosing the next step
Start with the least destructive operation that solves the job. Page organization preserves more of the source than raster compression; compression is useful for scans but can remove selectable text; flattened redaction removes the original object layer but requires you to mark every sensitive area yourself.
